Summer beach reads

I'm calling all of my faithful blog readers, I need suggestions!  I need some recs on what book I just have to read on the beach.  I'm not a huge book reader but I love a good one!  My book reading has severely dropped off the face of the the earth since Drew's arrival.  So, what are your favs?

I hope everyone is having a great week!  Thanks for your suggestions!
Also, go check my guest post on Transatlantic Blonde, I shared by Easy Ranch pasta recipe

  2. The Glass Castle *IS* really good but it's gut-wrenching, especially since it's true. I'd have to say that it's one of my faves. For lighter summer reading, try Mary Kay Andrews. I just finished Fixer UPper and it was fun! She's probably the only author who combines interior decorating with mysteries. ;)

  3. A favorite: Pillars of the Earth. It's long, very long, but oh so good.

  4. The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich is great. Very funny and fast reads. I really loved The Help.

  7. Have you read the Confessions of a Shopaholic series? The author would probably hate me saying this, but it's absolutely perfect 'beach trash'! Light-hearted, funny, and if you're anything like me, you can relate at times...!
