Growing up we had this place in my small hometown called Cone Corner. Each week my babysitter would let us ride our bikes up the 6 blocks as she would walk behind so we could get that ever desired delicious ice cream cone. Cone corner has now changed names quite a few times, but still holds a dear place in my heart, as well as my thighs.
I remember when I was about 10 I wanted one of those ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins for my birthday. I wanted chocolate cake and pink bubble gum ice cream. I can only imagine my guests loving pink bubble gum ice cream as much as I did. I think my mom actually got two cakes that year so my adult guest didn't gag on their first bite of cake.
While I was pregnant I ate ice cream ALL THE TIME! Seriously, the local ice cream shoppe would say, Abby, do you want your usual? Well, yes indeed, baby needs ice cream. During pregnancy I ate everything and anything I wanted. I'm going to be honest, I didn't care, I knew it had to come off, but I was going to live it up!
After having Drew my love of ice cream has yet to diminish yet my thighs and butt have needed to...it is swimsuit season people, and I did want to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. Well I have accomplished my goal and I did it while eating ice cream. My secret you ask.....Skinny Cow. I found this product at our local grocery store and I thought why the heck not. They honestly are not bad! I first started with the ice cream sandwiches, which I'm gonna be honest, they didn't really satisfy me, but then, but then Skinny Cow came out with actually ice cream cups. I am in love with the chocolate fudge brownie. Yuuummy, it truly hits the spot, tastes like real ice cream and has allowed me to fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes.
Now I will say, I do workout, I eat sensibly, I just cut out all the ice cream I normally ate before and during pregnancy. I didn't want you thinking I was living on Skinny Cow ice cream only... So back to my new found love. Each of these single serving cups has 150 calories and 2 grams of fat. Can't beat that in my book.
If you haven't tried one of these, go get one, your taste buds and thighs will thank you! Mine sure did!

I agree with you - love those things - the Hungry Girl website reviewed them and I was hooked. I have tried all the flavors except the carmel de luce one. I love the strawberry shortcake one too. And the Carmel Cone Explosion - omg it is to die for. I had one last night after dinner - the portion size is perfect. ANd it has freaking FIBER too - wow!
Congrats on getting into your pp clothes!
