So here's what you will need:
3 packages sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding
1 tub cool whip
1 box Graham crackers
8x8 pan
To start mix two packages of the pudding with 3 and half cups milk. I used skim milk, but you can use whatever you have in your house. Then fold in the Cool Whip to this mixture and mix well. Set aside.
In the 8x8 pan layer Graham crackers.
On top of the Graham grackers spread pudding and cool whip mixture. Again put another layer of Graham crackers and then another layer of pudding mixture. Repeat until you reach the top of the 8x8 pan and end with a layer of Graham crackers. Set pan aside.
In separate bowl combine 3rd pudding package with 1.5 cups of milk and spread over top of top layer of Graham crackers. This serves as your frosting.
Mine looks a little messy because I have no artistic ability and I added 1 cup of milk instead of 1.5 cups of milk, and it didn't spread all that well.... Oops! It still tasted fab! I then refrigerated the dessert for a few hours, you don't have to. We then gobbled it up! Enjoy, guilt free!
