Featured Blogger: Behind the Three

Do I have a treat for you this week!  This week's featured blogger is a daddy blogger!  I love it!  Chris is not only a daddy, but a daddy of triplets!  His blog Behind the Three chronicles he and his wife's journey raising triplets or as he calls them the critters.  I love that nickname for his kiddos!  Check out how cute these critters are!

First we have Carson, the man of the critter crew.

Behind the three gives you a unique perspective on parenting not one, not two but three one year olds.  After reading Chris's blog, he and his wife handle the chaos of having three kids with such grace, it's simply amazing.  Chris and his wife dealt with infertility prior to conceiving the critters and man it's quite a story.  They had a long journey and then found out when they were expecting, it was three times over.  Chris said the doctors said he handled the news well, but that it was quite a long ride home after that ultra sound.

Behind the three is one of my new favorite blogs and as you go and read it today, you can tell what a wonderful father, and husband Chris really is.  He and his wife have still made it a priority to get out of the house together as a couple.  With having one child I have found that so important, I can't imagine how important that is when having three. 

I read a ton of mommy blogs, but I have to say I really enjoy reading a daddy's perspective on having children, marriage and everything in between.  Go check out Chris's blog:

Featured blogger: Karen at Home

This weeks featured blogger is Karen from Karen at Home.  Karen is a part-time stay at home mommy, part-time working mom and full-time decor extraordinaire!  Karen and I met on the Decorating and Renovating board on the Nest.  Karen is seriously one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and has the cutest little girl Jillian.  Karen and her hubby have also had a long journey in trying to conceive.  It took them three years and two miscarriages to have Jillian, and let me tell you, she is a cutie pie!!

Karen keeps her blog fresh, chic and always has the latest decor trends or tour of homes pictures on her blog.  Her home is one of the most beautiful and well put together homes I have ever seen.  She is a girl after my heart because she too loves Target!  Go over and check out Karen at Home, it's worth the trip!

If you pregnant and looking for some style inspiration, check out Karen's maternity fashion.  This girl can not only dress her home, but also her growing bump and before and after pregnancy.  Her stylish fashion is one of my favorite things about her blog and I swear someday I will be hiring Karen to come to Iowa to decorate my house!

Featured blogger: Transatlantic Blonde

This weeks featured blogger is Blondie over at Transatlantic Blonde.  She is married to a not so blonde hubby and has a handsome little blondie boy that will make any woman swoon.  Blondie is originally from the U.S. and a few years back skipped across the large pond to Glasgow where she, her not so blonde hubby and their cutie patootie Blondie boy make their home. 

Blondie covers everything from being a mom, to Blondie boy's eating habits, fashion and all things fun! I think she I would be good friends if we didn't live an ocean apart.  She loves everything entertainment and knows good style!   She recently did her first vlog and after watching it, I love her accent.  It's a combo of Scottish and Midwestern gal...Can't be that combo!  Check out Blondie's blog Transatlantic Blonde and see what fun she is having this week across the pond!
